At Boot World, we stand by the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We want to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your journey, making our return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
